The Office of the Attorney General Victim Notification Program ensures Virginia's victims their right to be notified of any appeal or habeas corpus proceeding involving the case or cases in which such person was a victim.

If you decide that you would like to be notified of an appeal or a habeas corpus proceeding in the case or cases in which you are a victim, please fill out the Victim Information Sheet and return it to the Attorney General's Office (see address below).

 

Please fill out the form as accurately as possible. If you are unsure about any of the information we are requesting, please call our Office for assistance at (800) 370-0459.

Debt Payment Center

Make payments online using a MasterCard or Visa credit card, a debit or check card.

In the event your ePayment is not honored by the financial institution from which it is drawn, your debt account with the Commonwealth will not reflect payment and you will be charged a returned payment handling fee of $50.00, pursuant to Virginia statutory authority.

The https://www.aisn.net GovPal Online Payment Portal provides a highly secure platform for processing transactions online. The AIS Network hosting environment exceeds the required standards of PCI Compliance for electronic transactions. All connections and information transmitted between the end user, AIS Network, and all 3rd party payments processors is encrypted using the Secure Socket Layer (HTTPS). The portal utilizes valid, trusted server security certificates (see the green lock in your browser), strong protocols and modern cipher suites. All activity is logged.
