EDISCOVERY PROJECT MANAGER
OFFICE OF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL
PUBLIC SAFETY AND ENFORCEMENT DIVISION
MEDICAID FRAUD CONTROL UNIT
DUTIES: The eDiscovery Project Manager is responsible for management of the eDiscovery process in support of the Medicaid Fraud Control Unit’s criminal and civil investigations, prosecution and litigation. The eDiscovery Project manager will be responsible for working with counsel to manage litigation support including identifying, developing and implementing strategies for cases through the eDiscovery process. Responsibilities will also include working with counsel to manage the collection, preservation, processing, review and production of documents. Duties require experience handling a variety of document types including depositions, transcripts, e-mail, and other electronic documents. The eDiscovery Project Manager will provide small group and large scale training to attorneys and investigators concerning eDiscovery best practices. Further, the eDiscovery Project Manager will assist with quality control review for outgoing productions and incoming evidence. Further responsibilities will include working with counsel to log, track, and maintain evidence.
QUALIFICATIONS: Applicants must have a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a project management environment; prefer experience in a law firm or litigation support environment; experience and knowledge using Microsoft Office required; strong knowledge and expertise handling balancing multiple high priority projects under tight deadlines with minimal supervision. Starting salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.
