MEDICAID FRAUD CONTROL UNIT
DUTIES: The eDiscovery Analyst will be responsible for troubleshooting data errors, converting files for uploading into the database, field structure formatting, field modification, and running database maintenance after data is uploaded. Duties will require experience handling a variety of document types including depositions, transcripts, e-mail, and other electronic documents. Responsibilities will also require experience culling data files including removing duplicate records, as well as experience exporting information from databases. The eDiscovery Analyst will be responsible for working with counsel to respond to production requests in litigation. Further responsibilities will include providing ongoing advice on the best and most efficient practices to process, review, and handle data for litigation and investigations. The eDiscovery Analyst will be responsible for working with counsel to handle quality control review of production disks/hard drives to ensure compliance with format specification required in case. Supports trial and deposition teams utilizing litigation support technology. Provides maintenance, patching and design scaling on Relativity infrastructure. Provides support for VMware and SQL on the Relativity infrastructure. Assists with the design of custom Relativity applications.
QUALIFICATIONS: Applicants must have a minimum of 1-3 years experience in a litigation support environment or an IT Infrastructure environment; expertise and knowledge in database administration is required; experience and knowledge using Microsoft Office required; strong knowledge and expertise handling data applications and databases, preferably in a law firm or litigation support vendor environment; and must be capable of balancing multiple high priority cases under tight deadlines with minimal supervision. Starting salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.
